How does it work?

The price of moving the freight will depend on the demand and supply in a given city on a given day. For example, on that given day there can be 500 loads of merchandise coming into the city and 1,000 loads of merchandise from all different companies needing to go out. That day the price to truck a load from that city will go up because there are not enough trucks to carry out all those loads of merchandise.

On another day there might be 1,000 deliveries of merchandise coming into the city and only 500 loads of merchandise needing to be trucked out of that city. In that case there will be too many trucks needing to go out and too few paying loads. That day the price of the loads goes down.
